No. Most baby books close on their fifth birthday, right when there starts to be so much more to say. Momoir is for the whole arc, from their first word to the woman or man they become.

It isn't a tracker, and it isn't a journal about you. It's a place to write to your child by name, in your own voice, across a lifetime. Letters they'll one day hold in their hands.

Yes, deeply. So much of what a grandchild needs to know lives only with you. The family stories, the recipes, the version of their mother you remember as a little girl. You can keep a separate book for each grandchild, so each one always has your voice, in their own name.

You don't need to be. You only need to be their mother (or grandmother), and that is already enough.

We give you gentle prompts when the page feels blank, and you can record voice notes when talking feels easier than typing. Most letters start with a single line: "Today, you…"

That part is yours to choose. You can hand it to them yourself when the moment feels right. You can schedule a private link to open on a date that matters. A wedding, a twenty-first birthday, the day they become a parent. Or you can name a custodian to pass it on if, one day, you can no longer be the one to do it.

Yes. Everything you write becomes part of the book. Export it as a beautiful PDF anytime to print at home, or use our printing service for a hardbound keepsake. The kind of book that gets carried from one bookshelf to the next, across a lifetime.

Then you start again. Momoir is not a streak, and there are no badges to lose. Some weeks you'll write three letters. Some years you'll write one. Both are enough.

Nothing you've written ever goes away. Your book waits patiently, exactly as you left it, for the day you have something to say.

Only you. There is no public feed, no followers, no likes, no ads. Your letters and photos stay private, yours alone, until the day you choose to hand them to your child.

Never. We will not sell, share, or use your words, photos, or voice notes to train AI models. This is one of our firmest promises. What you write here is for your child, not for a machine.

Nothing is stored on the phone itself. Your letters live safely in your account. Sign in from any device with your email, and every word you've written will be there waiting for you, exactly where you left it.

This is one of the quietest reasons Momoir exists. You can name a custodian, someone you trust, who will be given access to your book if you are no longer able to hand it over yourself.

Your words still reach your child. That was always the point.

Your book is yours, not ours. You can export everything you've written, with photos and voice notes, as a PDF at any time. Save it. Print it. Keep a copy somewhere safe.

We are building Momoir to last a lifetime, but we never want you to depend on us to keep your love safe. Your words belong to you, and to your child, no matter what.

Within 14 days of your first charge, yes. A full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime, but we do not issue refunds for the remainder of the paid year. You will keep full access to Momoir until the end of your paid period and can export everything you have written.

For printed books, refunds are not possible once a book has been ordered (they have real production costs). If a book arrives damaged, we will reprint and reship at no charge.
