The Founder's Promise
The Founder's Office is the last human safety net for your book. If you ever become unreachable, and your custodian also can't be reached, someone from Momoir may step in personally to help your book find the people it was written for. Here is what that means, and what it doesn't.
Why this exists
Sometimes life moves in ways nobody plans for. Custodians lose contact. Phones change. Emails go quiet. The Founder's Office is the very last layer, only triggered after long inactivity from you AND a failed handoff to your custodian.
We never read your letters
The Founder's Office only helps facilitate delivery, confirming a recipient, sharing the access link, answering questions. The contents of your book remain private. We do not open, read, or review what you wrote.
Only if you opt in
Founder's Office is optional. It only activates if you turn it on for a specific book. You can turn it off at any time. If it's off, the custodian remains the final layer.
A real person, reachable
If you, your custodian, or your recipient ever need help reaching a book, you can write to support@momoirapp.com. A real human will reply.
A book of love letters should never be lost because of a missed email. That's the promise.
